The Canadian Architectural Certification Board (CACB-CCCA) fulfills two separate but related mandates: 1) to administer a program of accreditation of the Canadian schools of architecture in accordance with “Conditions and Procedures for Accreditation” approved by the Committee of Canadian Architectural Councils (CCAC) and the Canadian Council of University Schools of Architects (CCUSA) and 2) to administer a program of certification of the educational qualifications of individual applicants in accordance with the criteria contained within the “Canadian Education Standard” approved by the CCAC.
